BEFORE YOU GO
This video was made to highlight multiple things a dancer goes through in the process of putting on a show. Every artists battles something different physically, emotionally and mentally especially now with a pandemic. One thing that will never change however, is the love for the performing arts.
LOVE SOMEONE
Love Someone by Graham Lucas was an original piece that I had been inspired to create. I've always been a sucker for love stories and desired to showcase the lyrics of this beautiful song into movement. I was very adament about ensuring that the dance complimented every lyric as opposed to overshadowing it. Infusing all these elements together resulted in this final product.
ALL I ASK
All I Ask was choreographed with the intention of expressing vulnerability through dance. As dancers, we strive to showcase our glorious abilities and forget that dance is meant to express as much as impress. This was created with the intention of connecting with those who are going through heartbreak of some sort and in hopes they take comfort in the art of dance.
